Diana Li is an artist who works in video, performance and installation. Her life and artwork are greatly influenced by her diasporic Chinese Peruvian American background and female identity. She served as a fellow under the 2016 Emerging Curators Program for the Asian American Women Artists Association and is currently pursuing her MFA at San Francisco Art Institute. She received her B.A. from UC San Diego in 2014, double majoring Ethnic Studies and Visual Arts Media. Committed to community organizing in the arts and culture, she also involves herself with local organizations and programs such as the Center for Asian American Media, the Asian American Women Artists Association and Kearny Street Workshop's APAture Festival.
